I just don't understand why some people want to pay more for the same service.We charge only 4.5% or less (lowest advertised price) to sell your home and we do everything the other guys do plus a whole lot more-we just charge you less! We don't play games and charge some of our clients one fee and the rest a higher fee.  Call the other guys and ask them how much they charge. 

Don't believe that our listings don't show and sell because on average we sell just as fast or even faster than the other guys.  Voted San Angelo's Favorite Real Estate Agents for a reason.
