Check out the price per foot. You couldn't build this house for twice the money. It needs updating, but after that, it only gets better. The downstairs is classified as a basement by the appraisal district, but it's not a basement in the traditional sense. When you walk out the back door, you walk right into the back yard at ground level. Downstairs has two large bedrooms, one with a vanity and sink. There's also a massive game room/den downstairs.
