The Hudspeth North Ranch ranch has a rolling hill topography which is typical for the area. There is a combination of live oak, shin oak, cedar and mesquite trees on the ranch. All grasses on the property are native to the area. The topography of the land allows for ample cover for the wildlife on the ranch. There is a good water system on the ranch with two water wells supplying water to the property. One well is equipped with a solar pump and the other with an electrical submersible pump.
