Matthew Nelson

Matt Nelson was born and raised in San Angelo, TX which makes him very informed on the town and different areas of it.  Matt graduated from Wall High School in 2017 and attended ASU.  While attending ASU he did various jobs.  Matt had a large clientel in his lawn business, he worked for Blairs western wear as well as Service Masters.  In all these professions he learned a skill that helps him be a great REALTOR.    

While not selling houses, Matt is a contractor, remodely homes.  He is a people person and loves visiting and getting to know everyone he meets.  He knows that buying and selling a home is one of the biggest decisions a person makes in their life.  Growing up in a Real Estate family he has been around it and sees that it is something that you take very serious and will always put the intrest of his clients above his own.  That's why he choose Angelo Home Team, because he believes that a client "Should Never Pay 6% to sell their home" He knows that every dollar counts!
